Doggy friendly accommodation

Can anyone recommend a good quality B and B or Hotel in this area - just want somewhere to stay with our dog for one night next week.

Dog must definately be made welcome, and accommodation clean and with decent breakfast.

See recommendations for Beech Hill House B&B at Witherslack - only 20 minutes or so from Bowness. Derby Arms next door has excellent ales and food. Village shop also next door with all kinds of local goodies

You could have a look at the Watermill inn at Ings a couple of miles outside Windermere. I've only been for a drink there so I don't know what it's accommodation is like (its beer is excellent, it has its own microbrewery and most of its beers have doggy names, and its food looks good). Certainly the bar always has lots of dogs around.
