Catering for the American tourist

Noticed an influx of American Boy Scouts in Stirling today.

Perhaps they'd heard that a new sweetshop (formerly Millets, formerly Hatchards) now has Mountain Dew in bulk packs.

Mountain Dew and Dr Pepper - equally vile. The one time I tried Dr Pepper, it was like drinking carbonated cough syrup ... I took one mouthful, poured the rest back into the bottle and returned it to the attendant at Maccas. It was on sale here in Woolworths (supermarket chain) for a while, but no-one bought it so in the end they were offering 1 bottle of Dr Pepper free with 1 bottle of Sprite, etc. Still no takers ;-) I can't believe America gives us Dr Pepper and they have the unmitigated gall to say Vegemite is inedible!
