Brescia or Bergamo

My wife and I are thinking about staying the weekend (2-3 days) at Brescia or Bergamo in July. Which one do you think would be more interesting? Thanks

Sure, Bergamo is a tourist town, famous etc etc, but Brescia isn't a tourist town and, incredibly, it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site with the monastery of San Salvatore - Santa Giulia and the ruins of roman Capitolium.

Bergamo is known, Brescia is to be discovered.

I, say Bergamo too.

You could stay in Bergamo and go to Brescia for a day trip. It's not a long journey.

Bye :)
