Beach charges

How much does it cost to visit the beach, in Cefalu and elsewhere?

Is it free anywhere? or just a charge for the loungers?

Cefalu has both free beaches and beaches where you would have to pay.

In some hotels, the room rate also includes two sun beds and an umbrella. Some hotels offer a (reduced) weekly rate to their guests for the sun beds and umbrella.

Of course fees will vary, but if your hotel doesn't offer these amenities, expect to pay around 10-15 euros per person in Cefalu.

Il Lungomare charges for entrance, loungers and umbrellas in summer.

Rates depend on time and whether it's a full day's pass.

I was in Cefalu in September and paid €10 for two sunbeds and an umbrella. Not sure if July/August triffs are higher.
