Yes but long winded and you will have to use a couple of different local transport companies

Take the 445 Bus from Cortina to Dobiacco/Toblach

Then a train from Dobiacco to Fortezza/Franzenfeste

Then another train to Trento

Total time 4hrs

use http://www.sii.bz.it/en to find this solutions

From Trento there is a direct bus service No 201 to Madonna di Campiglio - takes ~ 2hrs

…pegasus.it/OrariDiLinea/OrariDiDirettrice-E…

for general search of this transport area (not in English but just enter "partenza" Depature and "destinazione" destination and click "cerca" search.

ttesercizio.it/Orari/Extraurbano/Default.aspx

So as an example if you left Cortina on 08:05 bus you would arrive in Trento at 12:01. Next bus at 12:55 arrive MdC at 15:03

So 7hrs

This in itself is problematical as to get to Trento you would have to take the German/Austrian Intercity service (www.bahn.de www.oebb.at) that goes to Verona (stopping at Trento) and as the Italians/Germans don't get on you would have to buy one ticket from Dobiacco to Franzenfest then buy another at Franzenfeste for the journey to Trento on a German train.

Other departures may use German or Italian services from Franzenfest just check using http://www.sii.bz.it/en
