Sant' Agnello Train Station to Hotel

We will be staying at the Grand Hotel La Pace, Via Tordara 10 in August. We are arriving from Rome by train, either midday to early evening. Question is from the train station do we need to take a taxi or can we take a bus (will have one suitcase each and carry on). If we can take a bus does anyone know which bus number / line? Thanks for your help.

GH La Pace is not on a regular bus route, although, in the past, I have seen evidence of an occasional bus service in that area. The hotel, though not very far from the station, is a bit uphill and too far to take luggage. You should be able to get a taxi near the station.

Best wishes

Pete.

Thanks for reply, As you've said it is not very far, I beleive only about 1 km from station. We will plan to catch a taxi to hotel then. Once checked in, hotel provides shuttle service to and from Sorrento through out day and with out luggage we should be able to walk down to Sant'Agnello station for easy transport if shuttle is inconsistant or in frequent. Appreciate your knowledge. Thanks.
