Theres not particularly but they will enjoy the sea and beaches as the sea is calm and shallow. There is zoolandia which is a great day for kids (funfair safari etc). There is also a water park but its not really very big (only seen it from outside)and not sure if it merrits a day trip. If they like fishing there are some fishing trips.

Depends when you go- the beaches are entertaining enough, and while it's a bit quiet off season- (albeit that bars and restaurants are open) when I visited in August the place seemed really lively, especially at night, when little fun-fair style attractions opened up in the streets of the town. Just remember to switch the kids to Italian time- rest in the afternoon, eat at 9 or 10 and stay up til late

And if you really want to give the kids a hard time, and force some kultur into them, you could drive 15km North west up the coast to the exposed Roman Ruins and little museum of Egnazia, on he little coast road a few km past Savalettri, the fishing port -

or about 25km the other way towards Brindisi, to the coastal nature reserve of Torre Guaceto with unspoiled undeveloped beaches as well as wetlands

and fianlly, if it's not too hot to drive 30-40 minutes, check if any of the local towns such as Martina Franca, Ceglie, Locorotondo or Ostuni have any festivals going on- Matina is particularly lively at weekends, but again, you have to learn to sty up late!
