There's a half decent train service along the coast

times here

and a much less busy route inland to Millau etc

There's a very good website for the regional bus network here

However I can't find Carabasse on any of my maps so I can't point you at anything more specific.

La Carabasse is at Vias Plage - which is close to Beziers airport.

Sorry I can't help with public transport - I always drive around the area.

There are several diret trains between Beziers and Arles each day taking about an hor and a half. These are ordinary TER trains for which you can buy tickets on the day or in advance and do not need a reservation. There are also services using TGV or Corail Teoz trains for which reserations are required but these seem to involve changing at Montpellier and take longer. Timetables are on www.voyages-sncf.com
