I want to see Titisee!

I will be going on holiday to Lake Constance in June and I want to know how and where can I take public transport from Lake Constance to Titisee?? How much does it cost? Is train or bus better? I want to go early morning for the day and then come back late afternoon.

Please help! Thank you!

Best deal for such a trip will be a Baden-Württemberg Ticket. Covers all regional trains and most other local public transport in the federal state Baden-Württemberg (and a bit beyond). EUR 21 for 1 person. EUR 28 for 2-5 persons. A day ticket valid

Mo-Fr: from 9am till 3am next day

Sa,Su: from midnight till 3am next day

On a weekday could could change this to a start not that early but a later return. Keeping in mind that civil twilight it past 10 pm in June.

You can do also a round trip:

Lake Constance - Singen - Titisee - Donaueschingen - Titisee -

a) Freiburg - Offenburg - Black Forest Railroad - Donauschingen - Singen - LC

b) Freiburg - Basel Bad Bf - Waldshut - Schaffhausen - Singen - LC

c) by bus from Titisee to Zell(Wiesental) - Basel Bad Bf - Waldshut - Schaffhausen - Singen - LC

This bus route goes through the highest parts of the Blackforest, e.g. the Feldberg. But it takes 1:20.

You can check connections with the DB timetable.

Select as means of transport "only local transport" if you want to travel on a Baden-Württemberg Ticket.
