Speyer is connected with Hockenheim by the bus line 717. The bus stops at the railway station in Hockenheim, but also e.g. at the town hall, which is closer to the GP.

You can also go by train via Mannheim. A detour but not much slower than by bus.

Speyer has the highest density of pubs per inhabitants in Germany.
