round robin

Could anyone please give me more details on this trip? We will be staying in Totnes and could do this on a Thursday or Friday.

The round robin is a boat trip from Totnes to Dartmouth with commentary, ferry to Kingswear, steam train to Paignton and open top bus to Totnes. You can go either way round, but timings vary since the boat trip depends upon tidal conditions, so consult timetables locally. You can stay in Dartmouth, Kinswear and Paignton for as long as you wish, but don't miss the last services!

Back from our holiday. We didn't do the round robin in the end, but just the boat trip from Totnes to Dartmouth which was very enjoyable. We were only in Totnes for 2 days and would not have had time to see the town and other places of interest if we had done the whole round robin, but there was plenty of information available about it in Totnes.

I'm already planning to go to Devon again as there was so much to do.

Well, as long as you enjoyed your visit! I am a fan of doing stuff in one area each holiday, so can empathise with your choice! You should try north Devon as well as south, too!
