Apple Cider Farm in Blangy-Le-Chateau

Hello!!!

I read in Michelin Travel Guide about an apple cider farm located in Blangy-Le-Chateau. It said that is owned by Fancois David and below you will find the address. My question is, has anybody been to this farm? I would love to go, but I don't find a website or any reviews about it. Has anyone been to this place? Thank you very much!!!!

Never been to his farm but he's easy to find in a google search, though I don't believe he has a website. Blangy is a charming little village and that whole region is quite scenic. Here's some info I found in google searches:

Pour en savoir plus:

François David

Route de Fierville

14 130 Blangy-Le-Château

Tél. : 02 31 64 76 66

Ces cidres 100 % artisanaux sont rares (10 000 bouteilles par an seulement) mais fort peu chers vu leur qualité : 3,80 € la bouteille.

If you're going to be in that region (Pays d'Auge) you can have a look at this thread for tips:

Just a follow-up to your recent post. The area abounds in cidre and cheese farms and places to taste both. If you look at the trip advisor thread I linked to you'll see links to my facebook photo album of exploring this region with notes on where I stopped, such as the Domaine de Saint-Hippolyte:

madeinpaysdauge.com/en/gcp-domaine-saint-hip…

http://www.domaine-saint-hippolyte.fr/

It's a 16th century manor turned cidre and cheese farm and they got a great boutique selling local products so just bring some baguette and fruit and you can buy all you other supplies to have a nice picnic there and tour the grounds.

The links I gave you will have more info than you'll know what to do with.

My husband and I went to the following cidery:

Domaine DuPont

14430 Victot-Pontfol - France

www.calvados-dupont.com/en/cider-making.htm

I don't know that it was especially "pretty," but a very nice young man conducted our tour. Franky, French Mystique's recommendation in post #5 sounds pretty nifty.

Wherever you end up going, if they offer a Calvados Creme, don't pass it up. You'll never want Bailey's again.
