Searching for accommodation

Hi.

Am looking to get some accommodation booked for a short break in February but struggling at the moment.

There are 6 of us travelling, arriving 20th Feb and departing on Wednesday 24th. We are happy to consider hotels, chalets, self catering etc but not having much luck at the moment.

Appreciate that its akward with the short breaks but anyone got any good tips ? Doesn't have to be Morzine if other good ski areas might be able to accommodate.

Thanks

2. Re: Searching for accommodation

Hi Again,

For another resort you could try Bourg-Saint-Maurice which has a direct link into the Les Arcs 1600 system via funicular railway, the Hostellerie du Petite Saint Bernard has excellent rooms as does the Hotel L'Angival both can be found on the web and both cater for stays of all lengths, the Petite Saint Bernard is located about 8 - 10 minutes walk or 2 -3 minutes drive from the funicular, and the Hotel L'Angival is about 8 minutes also.

There is a ski locker service at the funicular station in the Polairestar ski hire shop and the "Consigne" is 4 euros per day which gets rid of the hassle of walking backwards and forwards in ski boots.

Al the best again

jon.
