Room only booking

Hi,

Could someone please recommend a website to book room only (well B&B as opposed to room & park tickets) in a Disney hotel - specifically the Newport Bay Hotel.

Thanks

Hi Ona,

I have used Hotels.com a few times for this, (cheaper than Disney quoted me) and after you have stayed 10 nts you get a free one. For my October trip I booked my flights and room only with Ebookers with a good discount, but was staying at Hipark. Worth asking if they can also book the Disney hotels. I have also booked room/breakfast only at the Cheyenne with Eurostar a couple of times, when going by train. But living in Ireland I assume you are not using Eurostar.

It is also worth checking prices on Expedia, or Booking.com. Get the price from Disney as well for comparison.

When I checked Hotels.com last July for February they were not showing Santa Fe or Cheyenne, so I booked Hipark room only for cheapest non flexible price. The following month Hotels.com had Santa Fe and Cheyenne both available room/ breakfast and cheaper than I paid for Hipark, which was very annoying! So maybe they had just got another batch of rooms to sell. I think they were £60 per nt.

Thanks Figgygirl

We've booked 4 nights in June (with the last 2 night free offer) but have now decided that we'd like to make a week of it & head into Paris or maybe Versailles a couple of days.

We could obviously stay in Paris but my mum would prefer to stay in the one hotel for the entire stay if possible & seen as Paris is expensive I was wondering how a room only option in the Newport Bay would compare.

I've checked Booking.com as I usually use them but the NBP doesn't show up at all

In my experience the Disney hotels show up on booking sites only a few months in advance , presumably Disney are hoping to sell a package first.

Capdex - you could be right there as I've just had a look at all of the above & the only site that even showed the hotels had no availability!!!

That's what caught me out I think - I assumed they had sold their Disney hotels rooms allocation, but they probably hadn't got them yet.
