I know the location of Kincora house, if that's any use.

I have a photograph of it in context if you check my profile - bang central in Killaloe.

If you check OMA14 's profile, she a regular poster here and has stayed at Latern house B&B.

socal, i haven't stayed at the lantern but have eaten there and i love their food...but i am not into pricey hotels and prefer b&b's....i always stay at derg house b&b....it is old but clean, and the owners are delightful....now if you are into fancy, this won't suit you...but i am not, i am into clean and a friendly host and the cassidy's fit the bill....it is located at the end of the bridge joining killaloe and ballina, on the killaloe side, and is an easy walk to both villages....

you may contact them at jctekirl@eircom.net ....their names are john and siobhan....

I saw Lakeland House but decided not to stay there. Small rooms and baths. Pretty clean. Carramore Lodge was nice.
