BEACHfront Place to Stay - Have Friends in Seaside

Doesnt seem to be anywhere AFFORDABLE toward Seaside that is ALSO beachfront.

Can someone recommend something affordable that direction? Even in Grayton?

Might possibly go for a Marriott property - but not sure the ones Ive seen are BEACHfront - or across the road.

Open to any property ideas -- b&b, hotel, condo......

The reality is you are looking in a very high end location that rents for top dollar. Also, that section of 30-A where Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton and Seagrove are, have very few actual BEACHfront properties and those are all very high dollar. Most properties are north of 30a. The further you get away from the beach, yet still be in easy walking distance is your best bet. Try looking at properties on VRBO and broaden you search to other areas along the 30a corridor to the east and west of Seaside. The stretch of 30a from Rosemary Beach in the east to Blue Mountain Beach to the west are all within 10-15 drive from Seaside which is in the middle of them. If you expect to be in one of the premium planned resort type communities like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach or Watercolor, those will cost more than properties in adjacent communities. If I were you, I would check out some of the condos or carriage houses of Rosemary Beach which all have very easy beach access, ...but hard to suggest without knowing what size you need. Good Luck!
