Character breakfast question

We will be staying at Davy Crockett Ranch and are thinking of doing one meal for the grandchildren and thought breakfast might be best but where would we go for this as I know we are self catering so DCR is out of the question ?

Hi, Cafe Mickey in the Disney Village do a character breakfast. I haven't had breakfast there, just lunch and dinner, but have read several posts of people who had a great time there.

Hi, we've had breakfast at Cafe Mickey and it's great fun. For DCR guests it currently costs £14 per person if you have a meal plan, £21 per person without a meal plan.

You can either add Cafe Mickey breakfast to your package and pay in advance or book it a few days in advance and pay on the day.

Thank you both for your quick replies. Café Mickey sounds like it might work and £21 per person( we don't have a meal plan) is actually cheaper than I thought it would be. We might have to book while we are there as my eldest granddaughter has mild cerebral palsy and has her funny ways so will need to be in the right mood, will this be ok or will I have to book before we arrive?

Hi, unless you add it to your package you can actually only book it a few days in advance, but I wouldn't leave it too last minute as it's very popular. You can always book and cancek without penalty if need be.

What does the breakfast consists of? Is it a buffet or you just order from the menu?

It's a buffet with the usual continental stuff and some hot items - bacon, sausages, potatoes and scrambled egg.

Hi,

If you book Cafe Mickey a few days in advance with dining reservations you pay at the restaurant, and show your DCR Easy Pass card to get the dicounted price. They should also be able to see you are staying at DCR on their system anyway. If you don't have a meal plan you pay the same as the general public.

CAFE MICKEY BUFFET BREAKFAST

Breakfast for general public : 25€ pp

Breakfast if staying in a Disney hotel: 17€ pp

Breakfast if staying in a Selected / Handpicked hotel : 22€ pp

Davy Crockett Ranch guests with meal plan: 17€ pp

Davy Crockett Ranch guests without meal plan : 25€ pp
