Evening meal hotel or restaurants

Hi staying in Corinthia hotel (St George's Bay/ St Julians) over xmas and am wondering what option to take for evening meal we can book H/B but would prefer flexibility of eating out or in. Are there a good choice of restaurants open that time of year (especially xmas day) and if so any recommends would be welcome.

I would book my xmas meal in the hotel you are also beside the Radisson and a walk down the hill into town.

You would have to check with restaurants in advance and book in advance for meals that day the rest of the time you should be ok.

You should also pre book for Christmas Eve since that is the main celebration in Malta and most hotels will offer gala meals. For the rest of the nights you will find a good selection of restaurants in St Julian's and neighboring Sliema.

Malta has over 400,000 people living here & it is very busy with locals over the Christmas break. Good decision to sort the main feast days :0)
