MotoGp 2011

Can anyone tell me the distance and modes of transport (public) avail to the track from Jerez. Also any hotels that may still have rooms, all the chains seemed fully booked - ie:Ibis

Of course things get frantic over this weekend with thousands of bikers descending on the circuit. there are buses running from Jerez and I presume from other locations. Hopefully others can tell you more. Many just ride their bikes from far afield early to get the experience. Towards the east is Arcos that does have many accommodations but they will also be heavily booked if not all booked by this time. It would be a good alternative if you can find somewhere.

Have a close look at Jerez Tourism people web site. Difficult.

Please contact me if you require accommodation. We live in Chiclana de la Frontera, approximately 35 minutes drive from the racetrack and offer bed and breakfast (with optional evening meal) every year for fans.

Hi,

We were looking at staying in Santa Maria for moto GP as its near the beach. Do you know if there is public transport from Santa Maria to the race?

I'm not aware of your town? Is there public transport from your town to the race course? We are looking for accommodation from the 30th March - 4th April.

El Puerto sees an enormous influx of bikers and all hotels will be full.
