Small local bar/bodega

Does anyone know of a small local bodega? The kind of place that is more like a bar with the big barrels of sherry and wine that you can try.

Not too interested in doing a bodega tour - bit too touristy.

For a bar that has the flavour of sherry and old Jerez I like to visit Tabanco San Pablo. hasn't changed much. Good 'montaditos' if you need something to eat.

The place Cadiz_Lover has told you about is a great place, have been there and is very fun. Jerez, has many small bars/ bodega look a likes in town. Get away from the tourist areas and follow the Spanish People. They use to have a couple of great small bars behind The Cathedral, not sure if they are still there, so much fun. Good luck and have fun. Hubie
