Lambi's studios or Ville di Lindos

Help needed, cannot decide on what hotel for me and my girlfriend to stay at the start of september. Down to a choice of Lambi's studios or Ville di Lindos, can anyone sway my decision. Both look well suited to our needs but also like a bit of a laugh with other guests around pool and bar etc so will we find this at either hotel? Appreciate all help on this

thanks

James

Stayed at Lambis a year last May, it was great if you're looking for a pool, and although it was early season, there were usually a few people around the bar we chatted too. But since then we've stayed in the village because it's just so much nicer to walk around, have a drink, choose a restaurant for dinner, have another drink and watch the world go by....and then only a short walk home! Don't know anything about Villa di Lindos sorry!

Hey

Lambis has a good friendly feel to the place n in a far better location in terms of accessing.Lindos village/beaches. Ville di Lindos is on the far side of Navarone Bay as the road curves up and over towards Pefkos. It is much nearer Pefkos than Lindos and whilst technically walkable, its a hell of a walk. A taxi costs 6 E one way from there into Lindos n there is a bus stop in the vicinity. A hire car would be ideal for V di L. It is a better standard of accommodation but u suffer in terms access to Lindos.

Hey

LG is a good little hotel with a laid back friendly atmosphere with a good pool area. Like Lambids it is handy for a walk downhill into the village. I have stayed in LG a few times n cant fault it. It will probably work out the cheaper of the 3 with Olympic Holidays.

Yeah LG working out the cheapest, the pool doesnt look very deep though, can you dive in it? Sorry for all the annoying questions.

Hey

Cant remember, Peter on this forum stayed here v.recently, he may know for certain. Some hotels discourage punters from diving on health n safety grounds. Is the ability or not to dive in a 'deal breaker', surely not. You can have a good swim in it though. Good luck
