Lindos View - question

Can anyone tell me if there is charge for the use of sunloungers at the Lindos View apartments? I have heard 2 euros per lounger? Is this correct?

Thanks.

Hi Karen

We went to Lindos last October staying in the village though we used the pool and facilities at Lindos View on occasionally, don't remember having to pay for sunloungers but they expect you to but drinks/snacks from the bar, I should hope the sunbeds will be free if you are staying there

If you need anymore info just let me know, when do you go out there? have you been before? Lindos is a beautiful place.

Hi Babs - there are 26 of us going to Lindos in October 2007 for my sisters wedding. What's the weather like in October?

Thanks for the info.

I've been twice in october, usually very good still, 75/80 degrees, but there is always a risk of rain and it can get cool in the evening so take a cardi or little jacket. Fist time we went for last 2 weeks in october and had wall to wall sunshine, just one cloudy morning, last year we wnet for 3 weeks in october, middle week was sunny warm but breezy. 26!!! of you that should be fun, you'll be taking over the hotel then!!! Lol

We are hopefully going to Lindos on the 17th october for 2 weeks, and gettting married on the 24th but wanted to know if you are actually having the wedding at the lindos view, where are you having the ceremony, who is it booked through etc as alot of tour operators have not released thier dates yet?

Many Thanks

Hi Babyirish, im Karens sister (the one who's getting married)

We are all staying at the Lindos View. Im getting married at St Pauls Bay 8 Oct 2007 at 5:30pm and having the reception at Caesars rooftop restaurant. (www.caesars-lindos.com)

I have booked through lindosweddings.com and have found Karen (the wedding planner) to be brilliant and 100% professional.

We are hiring fiddlers to escort me, dad and bridesmaids to the chapel, then into the village for the reception. Also having a greek band and dancers.

I have been speaking to another lady who had her reception there and she advised me it was amazing!

Just got back from Lindos a couple of weeks ago and found it far too hot! Decided October would be best as i was informed the weather is about 80 degrees (just nice).

If you want any more info you can get me on juliehudson@blueyonder.co.uk
