Do you have a car? On a sunday you can drive over to daylesford and browse the sunday morning market, and take a steam train ride.

The spa at hepburn springs has a special reduction price day..think its tuesday...you can all sit in the healing waters and have a soak and a chat!

There would be a tourist office at kyneton...malmsbury is a small place, so you ned to venture further....if no car, go to the pub and ask the locals. ♡

It's not far to Bendigo, a large rural centre founded during the gold rush and steeped in history.

Kyneton is a nice town with some interesting antique shops and nice cafes.

It's not that far to Mt Macedon. Perhaps a walk up to the Memorial Criss and morning or afternoon tea in the cafe at the top. Get yourselves to Kynetoncstation and it's only an hour in the train to Melbourne.

Enjoy the delights of the Malmsbury bakery! It won't do your waistline any good, but you will enjoy the great pastries and cakes.
