Thank you all. It was totally unexpected. I just like posting here to help people! :)

The only thing I can cook adequately is Chicken and Cashew Nuts, so here it is!

Chicken and Cashew Nuts

100g raw cashews

2 capsicum, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, chopped

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

chilli flakes

Heat oil and fry cashew nuts until golden brown. Set aside. Add garlic and chicken to wok and stir fry till brown. Add chopped onion and capsicum and stir fry for a few minutes.

Mix in sauces (soy sauce and oyster sauce).

Add chilli flakes (more if you like it spicy) and cashew nuts in. Stir fry for a few more minutes before serving with rice or noodles.

It's an easy recipe that only takes 15 minutes total! I'm trying to expand my repertoire, but it's slow going. ;)
