It shouldn't be a concern, but do declare it on your incoming passenger card, not declaring a criminal conviction can be grounds for exlusion from Australia.

You will need a Visa to enter Australia. Make sure you answer all questions honestly - and include your DUI on the Incoming Passenger card which will be given to you on the flight.

As others have said, the DUI should not be a problem. Lying to our Immigration people will be.

BTW - you asked, "will i have any problem on getting out of the country?"

Assuming you mean Canada, I would not imagine so, but it's your country, so check there. Have you completed your obligations?
