Just looking at possible restaurant options for when we're in Sydney next year (can't stop looking even thought it's 6 months away!) and from the sample menus on most websites I'm worried that restaurants will not serve beer. I'm a wine drinker but my OH is def. not. Even at a top notch UK restaurant he drinks beer ('european' style beer like Heineken that is - not dark beer). What are the chances of getting beer in a good restaurant in Sydney? Are we gong to have to eat in bars and more casual dinning places? We're real foodies and love seafood with a view! Am I going to be OK with a beer drinker in tow?
