Restaurant help - very quick visit to Sydney 1st time

I am coming to Sydney this coming weekend & first time visitor from Perth - staying at the Mecure George Street which I believe is right near Central train station.

Would love aome help with our itinerary :

Friday night - need dinner restaurant suggestion (we arrive at 5pm) prob not too far from hotel but maybe somewhere with a nice view seeing its our first time in Sydney

Saturday - where can we have breakfast close by to where we have to go to do Harbour Bridge Climb? After that we will go to Manly on the ferry. Will need to find a place to have lunch which will also be showing the AFL GRand final. Most people have suggested Wharf Bar ? Dinner is booked for China Doll.

Sunday - breakfast suggestion, Lunch is at Doyles. Dinner suggestion - we leave late Sunday night.

We love all foods :)

Can you help fill in the blanks please ??

Thank you

Your questions about which restaurants depend on a lot of things & they are very broad.

Best to view restaurants by ranking on TripAdvisor & research their websites

If you want a nice view, you may have to go to Circular Quay or Darling Harbour.

As for AFL, most bars & pubs will most likely be screening it.

Not much of a view of anything near Central Station.

Darling Harbour's not too far away - heaps of restaurants there. Chinta Ria? I'm Angus? View nothing to write home about, however.

Friday night - arrival at 5pm at the airport should see you into the city by 7pm at the very latest. The suggestion of Darling Harbour/Darling Park/Cockle Bay is a good one. You have 50+ restaurants to choose from.

Saturday - there's plenty of places in between the Mercure and BridgeClimb. You want something really nice, or just anything to fuel up before the walk? Mediocre - Jet Cafe QVB, Much nicer - Shangri-La.

AFL - you're asking people in the wrong city after last week :) The Steyne on the Corso should be showing it.

Sunday - from the Mercure, I'd suggest Bills at Darlinghurst for breakfast. And as breakfast and lunch is already booked, why don't you leave dinner unplanned? Maybe a light bite at Chinatown.
