Best place for 'traditional' Sunday lunch in Darwin ?

Hi, my Dad is going on a solo trip around Australia and New Zealand later this month. Whilst he's in Darwin it's his birthday, and as none of us will be there in body to celebrate with him, I wanted to sort out somewhere good for him to go. He likes traditional food like Sunday roast and fish and chips. His birthday is on a Sunday, so I didn't know if there was a notion of a Sunday roast lunch anywhere in Darwin ? Budget not an issue. If anyone has any recommendations, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Darwin sailing club has a Sunday roast dinner- not bad for $18 or so and a great view...

I'm sure the casino Sunset restaurant would have something similar , but it's the casino...

Precinct would be nice if he likes a tiny bit more nice and some boutique brew or two.

The Raging Bull Steakhouse in Parap does a good Sunday roast. Not a fancy place but good food.
