Hi GrenobleFiji

There are two loop buses: the first is the free CBD loop bus, the other is the paid CitySights Tour bus. The CitySights bus is much more extensive and covers areas outside the CBD.

Information on the Free Loop Bus:

www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/BCC:BASE::pc=PC_2555

Information on the CitySights Bus Tour:

Here is a small list of great things to do in Brisbane:

If you would like to provide us with your hobbies, interests and budget, we might also be able to suggest something specific for you.

Museum of Brisbane, Qld Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art have free entry, although special exhibits can incur an extra fee. The Queensland Museum also has free entry but you have to pay for the Science Centre. MoB is in the city and the art galleries are a short walk across the bridge to South Bank.

For information shows have a look at QPAC: http://www.qpac.com.au/

Also look at the Brisbane Powerhouse: http://www.brisbanepowerhouse.org/events/ and the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts: http://www.jwcoca.qld.gov.au/

LaBoite: http://www.laboite.com.au/ is another good one for theatre.

You may not necessarily need the loop bus, the arts area at SouthBank is a short walk across the river from the CBD.
