I booked a car hire on their website for 2 days. I requested the booking of a tourist class (4 door automatic) Toyota Corolla or simliar. I had to email them to see if it was confirmed as they didn't confirm it within 2 days. Time from airport phone call to rental car pickup off site was about 30 minutes. When I walked outside there was a Hyundai Getz 2 door manual waiting for me. When I said that I had booked a bigger 4 door auto, I was told to wait. Eventually, I was given a 4 door Getz auto but it wasn't clean and I was still charged the higher rate.
I sent two emails to Ace and they have yet to respond at all. A couple days after my last email, they had the nerve to send me a survey via email about my rental experience.
It has been over a week and no response.
