What tour company?

My mum and I are going to cairns in a couple of week's for my mums 50th.

I'm finding it hard to pick a tour company as there is So many out there.

We are looking at going to The daintree and cape tribulation and the cairns highlands on two different days.

I have been looking at tropic horizons and trek north tour

Has anyone got any recommendation?

Check out Wait-a-While Rainforest Tours, they travel to the Highlands (Tablelands) and based on other traveller reviews, you wont be disappointed.

Your mum will love you for it :-)

There's a lot of good ones, we took Billy Tea Tours and they were great. Covered the areas you're interested in. A caveat is they do fit a lot into the day and there's a lot of time on the road. However they also have a lot of stops and walks.

Hello Kate my wife and I were in cains on 30th August 2009 and found BILLYTEA TOURS the best choice for value.

We went on the Cape TRIBULATION / DAINTREE TOUR with John the driver , the day was full of information of the area as well as he took us to some breath takeing places to die for , a full BBQ LUNCH was provided and morning and afternoon tea as well .

This tour company is a must CHOICE TO EXPERIENCE.

Billy Tea from Daintree/Cape Trib; and a great little Tableland tour out of Cairns is www.northernexperience.com.au It covers Lake Barrine, Yungaburra and its curtain fig tree, waterfalls, lunch at Mungalli Falls Dairy, Paronella Park and a swim or rainforest walk at Babinda Boulders.

Wait A While specialises more in nocturnal wildlife spotting; its Tableland (Cairns Highland) departs Cairns about 2pm and returns around midnight.

Sorry, that should be Billy Tea for (not from) Daintree/Cape Trib; picks up at Cairns' accommodation between about 7.00-7.30 am.
