Struggling to decide on 4 or 5 accomedations.

i think we are looking at a more budget friendly option and have narrowed it down to

mantra treetops

tropical nites

oaks lagoon

maybe rydges sabaya, however this one looks like it might end up being about $30 USD more a night, not sure it's worth it.

Anyone reccomend any of these over the others? Or perhaps one that might have slipped my view in the same price range? and if we do go up to $150 AUD should I skip sabaya and go with something else at that range???

From those only stayed at Treetops and room had no balcony which is not very tropical at all.

The rates at present, never seen so cheap..

Your choices are out of town so need to shuttle bus back and forth but generally these places have large grounds and bigger pools.

Right in town there are also bargains galore but pools normally the variety you find in someones backyard so ok for a plunge.

So choice really, bigger pools, bus to town. Small pools, right in town! Big pool and close to town, big dollars.:)

have heard lots of great feedback on Oaks Lagoons (nice and new, friendly reception staff too). Have had mixed feedback about Treetops- nice rooms, nice location but service especially in restaurant/bar is slow. (But hey, most things happen pretty slow in the tropics- that's part of the laid back atmosphere!) Sabaya also nice (modern opened about a year ago)

Don't know about Trop nites.
