Beach Terraces, Marina Terraces or Central Plaza?

We decided to spend 6 days in port Douglas from July 19th to the 25th.

I kind of narrowed my search for a 2BR apartment (1 or 2 baths, doesn't really matter).

There are 3 properties with availability: Beach Terraces, Marina Terraces and Central Plaza.

Has anyone stayed in these places? The price range is 200 to 300 / night. 3 adults.

I just can't make up my mind... and I know that in all these places the pictures on the web look way better than what we usually find... Therefore I'm asking for advice :)

If anyone can help it would be great. Thank you

So I ended up booking a 2BR 2 Bath at Verandahs, mostly based on TA reviews. Meantime, I got a quote from Central Plaza as well... Very similar price.

Does the heated pool justify changing my reservation? Or the more central location of Verandahs should prevail?

Thanks all
