sorry things have changed

my husband and i have finally been talking! lol. he wants a kitchen so we can cook our own breakfast and sit on a balcony and eat it. so...... is there a hotel with a balcony in adelaide? or somewhere right on the beach where we can watch the sun set in the evenings? we could stay 1 or 2 nights here then maybe a night in the wine areas with again a nice place where we can sit on the balcony and enjoy the cold night air. any ideas? we arrive 13 august leave 17 august, one must do fo me is to visit adelaide market and buy fresh food for dinner that night at hotel. WE RE NOT NIGHT PEOPLE.

Take a look at the Oaks Plaza at Glenelg.

The Medina in the city is an apartment hotel with kitchenette and the rooms have views over Victoria Square and it is close to the market- but no balconies.

Another option is the North Adelaide Heritage properties -especially Buxton Manor- gorgeous gardens and full kitchen etc - but not a balcony.

Re wine areas look at Novotel or the Louise in the Barossa.

Oaks Plaza is a good option, it is really nice for a balcony that you can eat out on and see the ocean. When you request a room though ask to be in the middle of the building not any of the end rooms as it can be noisy at night due to several clubs in the area. Other than that very nice place as stayed a few times there.
