Re cycling - Suggestion for what?

The tour finishes at 7.00pm or thereabouts. No public transport available. You would need a tour from Adelaide, taxi or hire a car...

Cycling is Adelaide with the exception of along the Beachfront from Glenelg etc and along the Torrens track is a relatively hilly proposition, especially if you are riding to Mclaren Vale (not so bad along the winery "square"

Nice profile of the area at the bottom of this page (you would deifinitely not do Willunga HILL!)

We frequently ride the Coast to Vines Trail from Moana to Willunga. Its not hilly at all. BUT getting to the start without a car will be difficult if not impossible. You can ride all the way - but it will include hills as GW says and also some road riding.

Really as GW says the only rides you can manage without a car - or riidng up some very hilly bits is on the linear Park and along the beach. Take a look at the bikesa website http://www.bikesa.asn.au/
