That would depend on the dates of travel, however it doesn't fluctuate very much.

Some concession holders are entitled to two free trips within Victoria each year.

If you qualify, you could take your free trip from Melbourne to Bordertown and just pay for the sector from Bordertown to Adelaide. Much cheaper if you are traveling in Red Class. The free travel can't be upgraded to a higher lass of travel.

It depends on what type of pension card you have.

Look at the link Mac provided, follow the prompts and it will work out the fare for you.
