Tulips Farm

For my traveling planing to Melb in Sept'08.

(1) I heard there is a Tulips farm in Melbourne and open for public only in Sept. Any suggestion how to get there from city by public transport?

(2) Any recommendation on good accomodation along LaTrobe Street or Swanston walk (Anyway near to the city center)? My budget is about $150 per night.

I went to the Tulip Farm 2 years ago and really enjoyed it. It can get quite busy and lines for food are ridiculous, so I suggest taking a picnic if you can.

The Victoria Hotel is a great budget priced hotel and is very centrally located, it's the best value I've come across...It's on little collins street near swanston street.
