Perth CBD accommodation

Hi All,

In a rush and need to book some hotel accommodation in Perth CBD for 4th June to 8th June and then again for 11th June to 15th June. OMG - it is no expensive.

Does anyone know of accommodation close to the CBD (doesnt have to be right in the CBD but close by) that is a hidden gem and you can personally recommend such.

Looking at $ to 5 star accommodation. But open to recommendations.

On ya - Benno

FIFO workers are booking out pretty well everything available. I'd suggest you see what you can get. Why close to the CBD? Fremantle is a possibility and only a half hour or so away on the train, feasible I would have thought unless you're attending a conference or similar with short breaks and plan to return to your accommodation at those times.

Try the two main hotels in Northbridge - the all seasons and the Northbridge hotel.

Walkable into the CBD.

Trip 2:

See how it goes and you betch-ya I will do a review on this.

Stubby - Sucks big time, doesnt it :( Welcome to the "boom" state!

Have you also looked at West Perth or even Subiaco? (train is 2 stops from Perth). Perhaps even consider South Perth and ferry to CBD?

Probably too late now anyway if youve already booked and paid deposit

Also in the future, see if you can get into this apartment - it's where we stay (if it's available) when we come down from Broome - great value and in a good location in East Perth and 2 minutes walk from a free Cat bus.

No need to be nervous re Miss Mauds - its an institution here and there have been thousands of satisifed customers since the 70s when my family first stayed there.

Miss Mauds is highly regarded so you won't have a problem. Location is excellent too.

Medina Apartments are good quality apartments too - Perth is expensive especially if you leave your booking late.

Enjoy Perth !
