Wifi in New Zealand?

We will be traveling NZ around for 8 weeks (N & S island) and were wondering which service provider gives the best coverage and/or best value?

Thanks!

1. Re: Wifi in New Zealand?

Just returning from an extended trip to the N & S island of NZ and found WIFI extremely hard to find if not impossible. Most of the internet is Broadband and the speed isn't very good. I had my laptop and gave up trying to upload photos to the web.

For a list of WIFI sites in Nz google wifi nz you might be surprised how many sites are available. They are increasing all the time.

Starbucks and Telecom NZ shops all have wifi available.

Thanks Beanb, will have a look at Zenbu and Telecom and compare which one has best coverage and not too expensive!

DO anyone knows if there are any other service providers?

Thanks again!
