At the moment you can only get semi and final tickets(and then it is by ballot) if you have purchased tickets in Phase One or Phase Two ticket releases(Phase One is out now) One ticket=One ballot.

"They" have also said that there will be individual tickets available to the semis & finals(& qtr-finals too) but it will depend on the sales of Phases 1 & 2 and these won't be released until well into 2011.

PHASE 1: TEAM AND VENUE POOL PACKS - APPLICATIONS OPEN TUESDAY APRIL 27

You can apply for either:

A Venue Pool Pack – comprises one ticket to each RWC 2011 pool match at the venue of your choice.

A Team Pool Pack – comprises one ticket to each of your chosen team’s RWC 2011 pool matches.

Apply for either of these packs and you’ll also have the option to add to your application a Quarter-final Weekend Pack (which comprises one ticket to each quarter-final match in either Wellington or Christchurch) and/or tickets to the Bronze Final at Eden Park. In the event that demand exceeds availability, applications will be randomly selected.

PHASE 2: INDIVIDUAL TICKETS - APPLICATIONS OPEN AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2010

Later in 2010, Phase 2 of the RWC 2011 Ticketing Programme will see a limited number of individual match tickets released. Stay tuned to your ticketing alerts for further details regarding phase 2.

PHASE 3: BALLOTS FOR SEMI-FINALS AND FINAL – LATE 2010

If you apply for tickets in Phase 1 or 2, you may elect to enter the ballots, for the option to purchase tickets for the semi-finals and/or the Final. You’ll receive one entry into each ballot you choose to enter for each ticket you have applied for in Phases 1 and 2

There is also a RWC forum you might like to keep an eye on;
