Getting from Broadbeach to the Sunshine Coast

I am coming to your fantastic country in late November for the Ashes Test Match in Adelaide.

However before that I'm looking to visit the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast for a few days apiece.

I've opted for Broadbeach rather than Surfers Paradise as I will arrive on a Friday for 3 nights and i'm not really a party animal - most people advise to avoid surfers on the weekend, but I'll stroll along for a visit.

My question is how can I get from my Hotel in Broadbeach to my next one on the Sunshine Coast please?

Should I fly between the the GC and the SC? (it doesn't look that far on a map to me though)

Are there any transit type companies that would treat it like an airport transfer type of thing?

Any how much do you think it will cost?

Sorry for all the questions but i cant wait till my trip and just want to iron out the details early:)

Broadbeach is a great place to stay.

The Sunshine Coast is about 2hrs away and most people travel by road. You can by train but I think it ends up being a 4hr trip with transfers e.t.c. (the train is not efficient in Queensland)

Here are some links for you just to start with.

The only way to fly to the Sunshine Coast is to catch a flight to Sydney then Sydney back ....

Enjoy your stay and the cricket
