Accom & beach Choice - 1 week early sept - HELP PLEASE!

Hi All

Couple mid 40's, from melb, love the sun and sand looking for 1 week stay somewhere along Sunshine Coast, first week in Sept (not school hols)

Usually stay in Noosa Hastings st, but have heard about the erosion of beach etc not being fixed up till later in Sept

We just want really nice accomodation, close to everything, on the beach or easy beach access, great pool, restuarants close buy etc etc

Dont want to worry about a car, want to spend a week laying around the pool/beach and going to restuarants.

Locals or others please advise of any great beach choices to stay and accomodation choices too!

Thanks

I can recommend Sea Haven, Right on the beach in the middle of Hastings Street.

Also recommend No1 in Hastings Just off Hastings Street with a glorious view of the bay. Has a spa on every balcony with absolute privacy.

Not to be confused with No. 1 Hastings that is actually on the beach.

It's been on the news in the last couple of days. Noosa Shire Council has just finished an extensive sand-pumping operation and the beach is back.

Noosa Jazz Festival starts on Thursday 3rd Sept so it's a good time to visit (if you like jazz) www.usmevents.com.au/noosajazz/index.html
