has the recent money issues affected any of the bars and restaurants? is supply of food etc. ok?

also are the bars/restaurants open this time of year?

We got back early Thursday morning. We experienced no problems at all wrt food and drink, or bars and restaurants...in fact...crisis? what crisis? If we hadn't seen the news we probably not even have realised that anything was going on :)

Sorry, meant to add. More bars and restaurants were opening/getting ready to open for the season as our week went on.

It won't impact anything............if anything the service etc. will probably get better as the Cypriots need tourism and tourists like never before. You only need look to Greece to see that it won't impact on tourists. Most everything will be open by the end of this month. I'll be there myself in a few weeks for a 3 week stay.
