Genoa trains

Looking for help in travel from Malpensa airport to Genoa.

Also, train travel from genoa to finale ligure. Which train station do we use?

Are there walking tours of Genoa on Mondays or Tues?

Thank you for your help.

Find your train connections on http://www.fsitaliane.it/homepage_en.html by entering Malpensa Aeroporto and Genoa. Unless you want a specific station in Genoa, for example Genova Piazza Principe, Genova Brignole or Genova Nervi in which case enter the full name of the station.

There are no direct trains from Malpensa. You must always change at Milano Centrale. Buy your tickets through to Genoa at the airport train station - it's too risky buying in advance as your plane may be delayed.

There are direct trains to Finale Ligure from every Genoa station. However the Intercity trains with reserved seating from Milan to Finale Ligure only call at Genova Piazza Principe. Direct trains from other Genoa stations are the slower and cheaper Regional trains.
