There is no shuttle service in PR. Options are to take a cab or rent a car. You will need a car in Rincon to be able to move around for restaurants and exploring.

Rent a car. Rincon is located about 3 hours west of San Juan. Taxi will be very expensive.

If you haven't bought travel tickets, then you can also fly in to Aguadilla airport (BQN), which is just a 30 min drive to Rincón. You would still need to rent a car, but driving time is much less.
