Day trip - what station & what to do?

Hi, we're planning on taking a day trip from Prague to Ceske Budejovice in November, when selecting a train station there's 3 options: České Budějovice, České Budějovice již.z. and České Budějovice sev.z. - which one is the main one/ does it make that much difference? We're planning on going to the Budvar Brewery and having a general mooch around - any recommendations on other sights/places to visit?

Just Ceske Budejovice (that's the main station)...then take a bus to the brewery.
