walking in prague

I would like to be able to walk from the train station on Wilsonova to the Praha Palace Hotel at #12 Panska. Google maps show it to be about half a mile but I can't tell if there are sidewalks and the front of the train station looks to be multi lane busy street. Is there an underground crossing or what?

The exit from the railway station is under the road and into the park, called Vrchlickeho sady...so you don't have to worry about busy road...it's about 10 minutes walk and yes there are pavements.
