might be a little cold but much quieter than the warmer months.Prague is a good tourist city anytime of year.

I prefer Prague out of season, and don't mind the cold as long as I can regularly shelter in the excellent pubs and cafes. Yes, will definitely be cold, bitterly cold - especially at night. However, more or less everything that you want to see and do will be open in Prague. There won't be large masses of tourists that can make some sights a bit of a trial in the warmer months.

Biggest benefit is that flights and hotels will be a lot cheaper than peak seasons, which can mean a longer stay in a better hotel without breaking your budget. Make sure you have plenty of warm clothing and good footwear and winter isn't such a problem.
