resorts in poland

We are a couple with 2 children age 8 and 6. Planing a 2 weeks vacation in july or August in one of the polish resorts. The leading though is to go to places of interest for children . We didn't decide whether to go to the mountains or to the seaside resorts. It depends on the attractions for children. Any suggestions?

Honestly, it sepends on how much you want the trip to revolve around your kids. The obvious kid-centric holiday would be to Sopot or Hel where ther's lots of seaside stuff plus some interesting sites for adults - Gdansk and Gdynia, for example, or Malbork Castle.

On the other hand, if you can agree on 50/50 then you could come to Krakow ad Zakopane to experience the Royal capital (wth lots to see and do for adults and kids) and the lakes and mountains (incl river rafting on the Dunajec)
