You can book a taxi by phone or e-mail on http://www.cracow-taxi.webpark.pl - just inform them that You're find the website and they will give You best price.. Driver will wait for You near to the gates.. Anyway ewyrything You will know after the phone call..

Cool Tours pick up from the airport for 60zl and their driver speaks fluent English and will help you out with any queries on the way...

No, Kraków has one airport. The problem here has arised by people not reading the post properly. It clearly says that the person is flying to Katowice, which is an hour and a half or so from Kraków. The airport in Kraków is in Balice, 10km from the center of Kraków. Easyjet fly to this airport and not to Katowice. Here is a link to the Kraków's airport:
